Hi I am Gratia van Niekerk, the proud founder and sole heart behind Green Mango - a business born from passion, faith, and the belief that our homes should support our lives, not overwhelm them. After years of working as a freelance photographer and medical receptionist, I took a leap of faith and left my 9-5 on the 17th of March 2025 to pursue what truly brings me joy, helping people reclaim their spaces, and in many ways, their piece of mind. Just two weeks after sharing my vision in a local community group, I landed my very first client - and I haven’t looked back since. Green Mango offers a range of hands-on and heart-led services, including: - Decluttering - Home Organisation - Deep Cleaning Services - Interior Decorating - Project Management (coordination and handling of renovations) - Packing & unpacking support - Practical advice on creating a more functional home With three completed projects and four more already lined up, I've come to realise this work is deeply emotional for many people. It’s never just about things - it’s about memories, identity, and often, healing. That’s why I bring not only structure and aesthetics into your home, but also patience, empathy and a safe space to breathe. I may not be a certified therapist, but I found that as we sort through "stuff," we often sort through emotions, too. My goal is not just to transform homes - it’s to support people in feeling more empowered, calm and at home in their own lives.
