Green Science Inc.’s microwave plasma torch is the most effective scientific tool that produces green hydrogen from natural gas, ammonia, and waste. It produces a substantial amount of radicals at 2,000-6,000 celsius that play a role of chemical reactions like a catalyst. Traditional arc plasma torch technology requires metal electrodes and a large amount of energy consumption. However, Green Science’s microwave plasma torch does not need metal electrodes and creates over 50 times larger torch flames. Thus, it dramatically reduces cost and increases throughput by eliminating the need to change metal electrodes. Only a few technologies in the world are known to produce clean H2 and pure carbon black. Green Science Inc.’s microwave plasma torch system is the most advanced and cost competitive technology to generate CO2 free clean H2 and carbon black. It is the central component in every clean energy application system Green Science designs. 1. Plasma Steam Methane Reforming (PSMR): Natural gas plasma reforming using steam in a microwave plasma torch system produces clean H2 without a catalyst. 2. Natural gas cracking: Natural gas is dissociated directly by the microwave plasma torch to produce high-quality carbon black and clean H2 without any emission of CO2 3. Ammonia to green H2: Ammonia gas is dissociated directly by the microwave plasma torch to produce H2 and N2 without emission of CO2 with very low energy, namely < 4kWh/kg of H2 4. Hybrid Microwave Plasma torch enhanced Gasification(HMPG): This unique system gasifies all kinds of burnable waste and produces syngas without any flue gases, from which clean H2 is extracted, and tail gas, mainly CO2 created in the process is recycled back into the microwave plasma reformer to produce H2 and the carbon sludge.
