Origination | Technology | Stream Finance | Risk Management | Merchandising | Monetisation Green Streaming is a platform that facilitates a linkage between high-quality environmental commodity (offsets) projects with technology, financial and emerging environmental (e.g. carbon) markets. Our solution provides a partnership model where future environmental credits can fund (via stream contracts) technology uptake and practice change that is needed now for new or existing projects. We are a critical enabler of carbon linked projects by prefinancing future carbon credits using a streaming partnership model. Where prefinancing (stream finance) is not needed, we provide risk management and merchandising services to optimise income streams from new or existing carbon projects. There is a well-acknowledged capital, risk and knowledge gap in developing new environmental projects - this is a problem because it impacts on the uptake of carbon projects and climate-smart/resilience practices & technology products, or it leads to unfair long dated contracts that may stifle innovation to bring down costs and/or maximise revenue streams equitably. Project proponents need capital and/or a platform to sell down risk around technology, carbon price and project yield to the investor community, including working strategically with corporates on their Net-Zero commitments. This applies to both the Australian Emissions Reduction Fund (ACCU) process and international voluntary carbon markets (VCM). The Green Streaming model transfers a negotiated portion of the price and production (yield) risk of projects to the investor community - where there is deep and keen interest in such ESG focused investments globally. We will also fill a gap in the marketplace by providing risk management services on uncommitted (unstreamed) future production of various participants to leverage our platform, expertise and networks in global financial and commodity markets.
