Greener Things Glampgrounds provides an affordable and sustainable 'glamping' experience - offering unique, minimalistic rental spaces, outdoor recreation, educational and lifestyle activities- all with the basic comforts of home. Now in the beginning stages of our company, GTG is offering rentals at our premiere location, The Sycamore in Holdenville, OK. The Sycamore currently offers 12.5 beautiful acres, 3 furnished and climate-controlled bell tents, RV spaces and tent camping. An old hunting cabin on the property provides guests with a bathroom, shower and kitchenette. The Sycamore is situated along the Little River, which supplies ample fishing - and you won't believe the starry night skies. GTG's vision is to provide an affordable camping experience for all ages. We understand that the idea of camping can be intimidating, so we want to take all of the guess work out for you. We want you to come and enjoy your escape from normal life in the great outdoors, to reconnect with nature and loved ones, and to leave feeling rested and empowered with new ideas to make your own life more peaceful and sustainable. Once GTG is fully operational, we will be able to provide you with an onsite host upon arrival who will offer an open invitation to participate in yoga, meditation, gardening and composting classes. You'll be introduced to new ideas in economizing and sustainability that can be easily implemented in your 'normal' life at home. We will also host retreats, live music, wellness providers, and will offer our space to host your own private events such as weddings and family reunions.
