Learning to drive hasn't changed in 40 years. We’re going to fix that by reimagining how we teach new drivers from the start. We’re focused on developing better, safer drivers for a lifetime instead of just passing a 20-minute DMV test. Our exclusive simulator-enhanced driver training program combines state-of-the-art simulator training with professional grade on the road instruction to deliver the most efficient and effective driver training available anywhere. At Greenlight, we’ve created a one-stop shop that takes students from "zero to hero." Starting with the simulator lets new drivers to build the foundational skills and experience they need before they get behind the wheel in real life. With Greenlight they can practice the dangerous, the difficult, and the scary in the safety of the virtual world, giving them the tools they need to be safer on the road from day one. Our curriculum moves our students up the learning curve much more quickly than traditional driver training programs. This isn’t a video game or a gaming steering wheel bolted to a desk facing a computer monitor. This is an aviation grade simulator with a comprehensive curriculum developed by our Chief Driving Officer, Josh Hurley, a championship winning race driver, professional motorsports engineer and driving coach. And, oh yeah, he also taught advanced driving for the US Special Forces! As with the aviation industry, research has proven that simulators are an effective training tool in vastly reducing the number of accidents due to human error. We’re seeing the same improvements everyday with our students in the simulator and in our training vehicles. We don’t just “teach to the test.” We build better, safer drivers for a lifetime.
