1. Greenphard Energy’s Business Greenphard Energy is a fast-growing startup based in Japan, building the next generation of energy management solutions for industrial and commercial facilities. We design and deploy advanced IoT hardware and cloud-based control systems equipped with AI and statistical solutions that turn everyday equipment-such as refrigeration units, cold storage, and HVAC-into flexible, grid-responsive assets. Our technology enables factories, logistics centers, and large-scale farms to automatically adjust their power usage in real time. By aggregating these facilities, we create Virtual Power Plants (VPPs) that help balance the electric grid, integrate more renewable energy, and generate new revenue streams for our clients. In short, we’re making the backbone of society-food factories, logistics hubs, and agricultural facilities-smarter, more efficient, and part of the clean energy transition. 2. Our Clients We work directly with major food manufacturers, large warehouses, and buildings. Our systems are already deployed at over 30 industrial sites across Japan, delivering measurable energy savings and operational improvements. 3. Products and Technologies Custom IoT Controllers: We design and develop robust, industrial-grade IoT devices for real-time monitoring and control of refrigeration, cold storage, and HVAC systems. Edge & Cloud Software: Our platform combines edge computing for fast, local decision-making with cloud-based analytics and remote management. Data-Driven Optimization: We use machine learning/advanced time series analysis to predict demand, optimize equipment schedules, save energy, and participate in demand response programs.
