About Griffin Books
Griffin Books is a small independent bookshop located in the lovely coastal town of Penarth, just outside Cardiff. We opened our doors in September 2014 and were named UK Independent Bookshop of the Year in the 2023 British Book Awards. We’re dedicated to finding the perfect book for every customer, whether that’s through the wide range of fiction and non-fiction titles we have in store, or through our speedy online home delivery service. We offer a free click and collect service as well as postal delivery for orders placed online. We also love to bring you literary experiences - we host regular author events and signings, bringing some of the biggest names and most exciting debut authors from across the UK and beyond to Penarth.
