Gringhigna is a newly-born, queer, women-led winery and enterprise. We strive to maintain tradition while also leading our winery into the future. The Ivaldi family has been producing wine in the region of Monferrato for over two hundred years. They have spread their knowledge of how to make the "yellow gold", the Moscato Passito wine, onto the nearby farmers and wineries, while still maintaining their own production and secret recipes.
