Originating from the Abruzzi region in Italy, the Petaccia family has been making pasta for four generations. Before founding Grisspasta, the family acquired wide experience in the pasta industry around the world. In 1982, they chose to settle in Canada because it grows the world’s best durum wheat, their main ingredient. Today, the company serves demanding customers in the food processing, retail, and food services industries. At the heart of Grisspasta stands the Petaccia family, surrounded by a team of experts dedicated to excellence.
