We are the first platform in Europe to highlight & support diverse talents while striving for excellency and DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging). We specialize in talent scouting for various industry segments (e.g. luxury sector, yachting, ship-building, marketing, I.T., AV/IT installations, real estate, hospitality, supply chain, carpentry, administration, accounting, EA/PA etc.). Our main business is recruitment & head-hunting of ethnic talents, where we groom the talent and showcase them on our website and social media platforms. We approach European and other companies to fill their open positions with our elite talents and create an abundance of talents within the job/ candidate pipeline. We also focus our resources on coaching and mentoring our GRIT members to grow their hard and soft skills by giving them free access to books and other learning content and matching them with an in-house coach. Bi-weekly meetings are held to answer questions, help bridge the see gap, and advise on the talent's personal and professional challenges, so you do not have to face them alone. You have a GRIT coach and the GRIT C-Level, and the GRIT Community as support.
