GRND Complex is Rhode Island’s future hub for elite athletic performance, recovery, and community empowerment. Located on 17 acres in Cranston, GRND is a state-of-the-art indoor/outdoor training and recovery facility designed to support athletes of all levels—from youth to professional—through camps, clinics, mentorship, and wellness programming. We are more than a sports facility. GRND is a movement to increase access, equity, and opportunity in youth sports across Rhode Island.
