We love making chocolate confections featuring direct trade Ecuadorian Nacional chocolate sourced in partnership with Conexion Chocolate. We use all-natural ingredients - no corn syrup, preservatives or artificial colors/flavors - and as many local ingredients as possible. We regularly visit Ecuador to visit with cacao farmers and we'll gladly take anyone along who'd like to join us. Our goal is to build a solidarity trade for fine cacao to move away from the volatility of the commodities market while offering a super tasty chocolate to our customers.
