Grounded Ingredients bridges the gap between brands and regenerative producers in Africa by offering simple, customised sourcing and expert blending. We focus on high value, non-perishable ingredients for brands committed to responsible sourcing in the tea, ready-to-drink and herbal industries. Our portfolio includes fully-traceable teas, tisanes, spices, dried roots, herbs, flowers and fruit. We strive to offer full transparency and traceability to both our customers and the producers we work with. Our team in Africa makes frequent visits to producers across the continent, with a rigorous onboarding process developed to handle the complexity of sourcing from origin. We also offer regenerative support to producers of both cultivated and wild harvested ingredients, with regenerative agriculture experts based permanently in Southern and East Africa. We aggregate at our organic warehouse in Cape Town, where we offer custom blending by Africa’s leading tea sommelier, and ship worldwide.
