Focused on moving our Kindersley project to environmentally responsible commercial production of Lithium from Brines. Our current resource is 4.2 MM tonnes of Lithium Carbonate Equivalent with 1 MM of this resource in the Measured and Indicated category. Our initial Preliminary Economic Assessment demonstrates top tier economics with a 49% Internal Rate of Return (After Tax) and a Net Present Value (8% Discount After Tax) of US$ 1 Billion on an investment of US$ 335 Million. We accomplish these results not by accident but through a deliberate business plan. We achieve our strong economic outlook by deliberately identifying quality resource in quality rock in the least expensive area for development. Our resource is in the shallowest area for development by typically half of our peers resulting in dramatically lower drilling and lifting costs. We lack oil and gas associated with the brines that are contaminants to our industry and must be removed as they destroy the Lithium extraction process. This provides for significantly reduced prefiltering costs. Typical action plans of responsible resource development professionals.
