What if you could change the world every morning, one sip at a time? This simple question led to the creation of Grounds & Hounds Coffee Co. and launched our mission to combine the two things we love most in life, coffee and pups. Grounds & Hounds Coffee Co. is a premium coffee company with the mission to eradicate the unnecessary killing of sheltered dogs. Each year approximately 2.1 million dogs are euthanized due to shelter overpopulation, roughly 90% of which are deemed “adoptable” but simply run out of time. This number represents an astonishing 1.9 million best friends killed for no fault of their own. Fortunately, there are thousands of no kill shelters around the United States providing our adoptable pups with a second chance, but they face the difficult constraint of relying on public donations to fund their operations. Grounds & Hounds donates Twenty-Percent of all proceeds generated by our 100% organic, fair trade, coffees to our hard working no kill partner shelters around the United States.
