About Groupe Dura

Dura Group is a real estate developer, real estate private equity investor, real estate private lender, and real estate consultant based in Montreal, Canada. Dura was founded in 2011 in Vancouver with the initial concept of developing and building high-end single-family home projects. In 2013, Dura partnered with Tianqing Group, one of the Top 500 real estate developers in China, to start its investment in multifamily projects in Montreal and Vancouver. Together they created Tianco Group which went on to build almost 1000 condo units. In 2016, Dura concluded a strategic partnership with the Château Bellevue Group, the fifth largest developer of retirement homes in Quebec, and completed three senior homes in Canada, totaling up to 723 units of independant and care living. In 2020, Dura expanded its business scope by launching its first purpose-built rental project in Vancouver, bringing much needed affordable rental supply for young families and professionals in Vancouver. In 2021, Dura expanded its foothold in high-rise condo project developments in Vancouver with the Horizon 21 project. A 21 storey tower mixed use tower in coquitlom.
