Enriched with the teachings of Jeffrey Howard, Pitmaster of one of the most famous barbecues in Texas (Pecan Lodge), and Alexander Smith, a barbecue expert in New York (Mighty Quinn's, Hometown BBQ), we are able to perpetuate and enable Texan BBQ to tingle your taste buds. Everything is fresh and homemade! Today MELT is positioned as a leader in the European smoked meat market. To date, MELT has more than 50 employees within the group. Now in full expansion, with new projects and openings scheduled for 2022. Tout est frais et fait maison ! Aujourd'hui MELT se positionne en tant que Leader sur le marché Européen de la viande fumée. A ce jour, MELT compte plus de 50 employés au sein du groupe. Aujourd'hui en pleine expansion, avec de nouveaux projets et ouvertures prévues pour 2022.
