Grove Associates provides real estate and asset management services to central government, local government and private sector providers. We have particular expertise in the management of PFI / PPP contracts but we also work with traditional asset management and facilities management procurement models. We have a multi-disciplinary team of real estate professionals, asset managers, facilities consultants and financial modellers.
