We take care of the logistics (insurance, billing, referrals) so therapists can focus on healing work. You deserve mental health care that sees you—fully. At Grow Therapy, we help people find therapists who reflect their lived experience, whether that means shared racial or cultural background, language, identity, or life stage. As an online therapy platform, we strive to make it easy to search for licensed therapists by specialty, availability, and insurance. Many clients pay around $21/session with insurance, and we’re in-network with major plans like Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, and Medicaid. If you're paying privately, many therapists offer flexible rates to meet you where you are. Grow is powered by people who care—deeply.
