About Grow Your Mind - Mental Health Education Social Venture

We are an evidence-based social and emotional wellbeing program for primary schools, families and teachers. Our educational content has been created by an NSW accredited teacher with a Masters in International Public Health. We founded our small social venture after years of teaching and seeing that the kids who were resilient were also thriving academically and socially. Our curriculum-aligned lesson plans, physical and digital resources are based on positive psychology, neuroscience and public health research. We developed our resources inspired by the research on character strengths, compassion, emotional regulation, respectful relationships, growth mindset and resilience, all of which are in line with Australian and NSW curriculums, which make teaching wellbeing a priority.
