Hi, I’m Megan – founder of Grown Up Girlfriends. I started Grown Up Girlfriends because I was craving the kind of friendships that go beyond small talk—the kind that feel grounding, expansive, and real. You know, the kind of relationships where you can be fully yourself and feel seen, heard, and supported. Like many women, I hit a point in adulthood where friendship started to feel... complicated. Between careers, families, and just the day-to-day grind, it felt harder and harder to connect in meaningful ways. And yet, I knew I wasn’t the only one feeling this way.
