This means we keep our client base small and have to be selective with the organisations and projects we choose to take on, so we only work with people and ideas that we believe in and are genuinely excited about. Success stories from our previous lives as in-house marketers include Red Bull, where Tony was the Marketing Director responsible for its successful launch in the UK, and Lightfoot, where we worked together to build and grow the marketing function and saw the business go from a team of 12 to over 70 and receive investment from the British Growth Fund.
