Growth IT provides end-to-end IT support, including pre- and post-acquisition advisory services, for mid-market private equity firms and their portfolio companies through which we identify and help realize value creation opportunities. Helping to pragmatically transform businesses from being reactive to proactive, Growth IT is comprised of former C‐level executives who have both overseen global, corporate IT functions as well as provided IT consulting services to PE‐owned companies across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, logistics and field service, business services, and technology‐enabled businesses. Focused primarily on supporting the unique growth needs of small and medium sized businesses, Growth IT works closely with company management teams and through the Private Equity channel to provide “right-sized” guidance to growth stage companies that may be struggling to efficiently scale their IT functionality with the maturing operational needs of the business. Recognizing the economic and resource bandwidth limitations often present at small and medium sized portfolio companies, Growth IT identifies IT improvement opportunities that are both realistic and accomplishable; providing tangible benefits during the PE ownership cycle.
