About Growth Training & Development

Through its extensive training programs, workshops, and mentorships, Growth Training and Development (GTD) targets talented Palestinian students, graduates, professionals, and entrepreneurs. Growth for Training & Development aims to foster and promote the growth of startups with the relevant business knowledge to transform them into strong and enduring companies and organizations. Concerted efforts by GTD incorporate a range of educational and core business disciplines that are embedded in management, marketing, and finance. Such methods are divided into three comprehensive tracks: Startup Support Program Event Management and Pipeline Development SMEs Consulting and Development GTD’s training programs for startups extend from (but are not limited to) startup support, team building, event management, social and digital media, branding and marketing, understanding the incubation process, and strategic management consulting to improving and building on the abilities and performance of each startup. In addition to providing formal training, GTD also designs and implements events and activities with the objective of enhancing tactical skills and offering unequivocal opportunities for innovative entrepreneurial development and growth among gifted and capable Palestinians and their startups. Working in partnership with local and international organizations and educational institutions, GTD also manages a series of events that serve to create a startup pipeline for funds and accelerators, foster awareness and understanding about entrepreneurship and to advance knowledge on building a business.
