GRRecruiting is a firm with a wealth of experience. Our President Gary Ray has more than 40 years of experience in the Executive Search business. The Associates of GRRecruiting share with Gary, experiences that are extensive in educational leadership and in recruiting top quality candidates for searches to which they were assigned. Associates’ personal careers in school leadership plus their search efforts easily exceed ten (10) years each, usually much more. This is key because everyone Gary Ray employs significantly understands educational leadership and what it takes to match candidates to School Board expectations. Our firm is dedicated to excellence and to delivering utmost client satisfaction. We are highly sensitive to diversity as it affects a search from three perspectives.
