Spray-Lock Concrete Protection® 327 is a permanent solution to moisture problems in concrete. Installed at time of pour, it provides a wide range of features, such as a rapid cure that is equivalent to a 28 day water ponding while allowing same day - within one hour- access to the slab, no protection required. SCP 327 deters development of corrosion, densifies, seals and hardens the concrete. It also lessens efflorescence (dusting), scaling, surface cracking, slab curl and spalling. It also offers permanent resistance to salt and chemical attack while simultaneously aiding fast track construction by allowing flooring to be installed in 14 days with no moisture testing. SCP 327 permanently seals the pores and capillaries of the concrete, eliminating the potential for moisture to pass through and cause flooring failure, mold, or mildew. Because it seals the pores, it protects the concrete by preventing ingress of contaminates such as chemicals, bodily fluids, or water. SCP 327 offers a 15 year top to bottom warranty, AC Tech is a topical treatment for existing slabs. It is odorless and cures in just 4 hours, making remitigation and flooring replacement a fast process. When fully cured, it hardens to a 14,500 psi. It also offers a 15 year warranty. Spray-Lock Premium Elite adhesives will withstand RH of 95-98.1% RH and are designed for LVT and VCT applications. They offer a 5 year bond warranty.
