As a certified high-performance coach, I specialize in supporting professionals, entrepreneurs and leaders in maximizing their (external) impact and (internal) fulfillment. I’ve helped dozens of people from different backgrounds become recognized top performers in companies large and small, start and build their own businesses and make life-changing decisions. I define high performance as consistently succeeding beyond standard norms—over the long-term—while maintaining positive well-being and relationships. The latter have long been ignored by the current narrative of high achievement but research supports personal well-being and positive relationships are essential to high performance. Following data-backed science, anyone can become a higher performer by improving their clarity of purpose, energy, mindset, productivity, and influence. My role is to support my clients in strengthening these skills and building frameworks on their journeys to more successful, fulfilled, energized careers and lives.
