Guaranty Escrow was founded by Wendy Bond in 2004 in response to numerous requests from clients for an independent escrow company that would serve the real estate and escrow needs of South Bay residents and real estate professionals. Having owned and operated a mortgage banking firm for over 16 years, Mrs. Bond recognized a lack of service and professionalism in the escrow industry. Most escrow officers perform the minimum required tasks, and are typically under trained in real estate and escrow law.
