Guardians of the Angeles (GoA) was founded in early 2020 amid the global outbreak of COVID-19, with a mission to support the most vulnerable – healthcare professionals, first responders, all those safeguarding our community in combating the pandemic. We respond to shortages of PPE with the utmost urgency by partnering with manufacturers and hospitals across nations, along with air freight providers and substantial financial backing to bypass supply-chain bottlenecks. Since January 2020, we have worked with Li Lu Humanitarian Foundation and Chinese in America In-kind Donation Group to donate and deliver over $4 million dollars in medical supplies and financial assistance to over 100 hospitals in China. Guardians of the Angeles Charitable Foundation is incorporated as a Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation. We are a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization registered with the IRS, and will provide tax deduction documentation to donors upon their request for donations made.
