We provide cleaning services such as: unit turns, vacation rentals, post-construction, commercial office spaces, student housing, and full-service janitorial. Guava was founded based on a desire to revolutionize the cleaning industry. In an industry so often plagued with poor cleaning quality, lacking communication, unprofessionalism, and inconsistency, we are here to refresh and remove those issues. With us as your vendor you will receive exceptional communication. We will provide you with a custom quote and cleaning scope based on your specific needs. Every client receives a clear schedule and system of what will be done, so that there is no confusion on the standard of quality you will receive, or when it will be done. In addition to extensive training, each employee is uniformed and presentable. All staff members are equipped with clean, organized, and high quality products and equipment, more than sufficient to complete the job. Each location will receive frequent quality inspections by upper level management to ensure that employees are accountable for their work, and that all cleaning is consistently meeting expectations.
