Guava Lime Property Solutions specialises in creating intelligent, design-led development projects that push boundaries and embrace new ways of thinking. The team has been creating innovative, conceptually visionary projects in Australia since 2002 and uses lateral design, building and development solutions to demonstrate new thinking that challenges the status quo. Guava Lime’s directors, architects Michael Loucas and Con Zahos, began their partnership in 1988 with the establishment of architectural practice Loucas Zahos. In just a few short years, the firm developed an industry-wide reputation for quality and innovation, expanding from Adelaide into Brisbane and featuring in BRW’s 100 Fastest Growing Companies three years in a row. By turning their minds to the finance and feasibility side of projects, Loucas and Zahos created their next venture, Guava Lime – a development company that combines architectural and design excellence with commercial business acumen. The result is inspirational and profitable projects without compromise. Our mission is to create environments that are innovative, sustainable and profitable, using an approach that balances practicality and commercial awareness with a strong design aesthetic and sense of integrity. Guava Lime incorporates the fundamentals of sustainable design into all of our projects. We combine long-proven, sound design principles with new, energy-efficient technology to create environments which epitomise sustainable living. We continually challenge ourselves to innovate and explore new advances in sustainability, incorporating them into our projects wherever commercially viable. Perhaps most importantly, we consider the whole life of a building and how it will be used by residents and tenants both now and in future generations in order to enhance and encourage sustainable living practices.
