I can help you determine the going rate for US based positions. Once I understand the job functions and your philosophy (lead, match, or lag the market), then we look at the data. Data is pulled from several statistically sound sources based on the appropriate location, industry, and company size. I can help determine a competitive base wage or salary, and bonus, for the job. As organizations grow, they need a structure to ensure consistent pay practices and decisions. When appropriate, a custom salary structure with grades and defined minimum, midpoint, and maximum will be created. A good salary structure grows with you, and I will provide a structure that allows you to add jobs and adjust as market conditions change. During an analysis, pay by job group and individual employees are evaluated for internal and external equity. If outliers are identified, recommendations to correct the issues will be provided.
