We currently manage over 150 residential rentals in southwest Florida and are growing quickly. Our operation is fully modernized, providing online payments for tenants for rent and/or other bills and a private, secure website for tenants to view leases and other important information. We handle all your maintenance requests and maintain accounting records that are accessible 24/7. Both landlords and tenants enjoy the ability to not only show properties online, but deal with all the financial details there as well.
