Services include commissioning, calibrations, loop checks, redlines, cabinet wiring, conduit and cable install, process tubing, instrument terminations, troubleshooting, QA documentation, startup, and temp power. 🔩 Mechanical & Welding R-stamp and S-stamp welding, pipefitting, valve replacements, BOP modifications, spool fabrication, flange torquing, steam repairs, mechanical install, field/shop machining, hot taps, cold cuts, stress relief, rigging, and shop fabrication for emergent and planned work. 🛠️ Scaffold & Insulation Engineered access using Peri-Up and traditional scaffold. Services include turbine deck platforms, weather enclosures, confined space access, and high-elevation scaffold. We also provide turbine cap, piping, and exhaust insulation, heat shrink hooches, thermal blankets, and coatings support—with SiteDocs JSAs, pre-job briefs, and proper PPE. 📋 Specialists Owner-engineer and technical advisor support for major maintenance. Services include outage planning, QA/QC, procedure review, vibration analysis, electrical engineering, shop surveillance, root cause analysis, work packages, and schedule management. 🧰 Foreign Material Exclusion (FME) Tool and material control, personnel tracking, and equipment protection during critical path work. Crews mobilize with prebuilt kits. Personnel are cross-trained for fire watch and hole watch—ensuring compliance, safety, and accountability.
