We are a no twisting, no cracking chiropractic office that focuses on the upper cervical spine. When in alignment, the spine protects the nerves & spinal cord, but out of alignment, the spine creates "traffic jams" (what we call interference) in information between the brain & the body. Once we have determined the location of interference, we correct the misalignment/subluxation with a precise adjustment that releases the bone from a stuck position. This removes the interference to the nervous system & allows the body to perform at optimum levels, in turn allowing the body to return to health and heal. We focus on the area nearest the brain stem and brain where the greatest amount of interference to the body can occur. The upper cervical spine, also known as the craniocervical junction, is the most mobile area of the spine and therefore the area most vulnerable to injury and trauma. When the proper alignment is restored at the upper cervical spine, we see the greatest results in overall health changes in the body. This is why our practice has a large focus on the upper neck and our doctor has gone through the advanced certification process with the Society of Orthospinology.
