Guma-Warnii is a private Australian Company providing mining and civil construction services, labour hire and specialty cultural services. We specialise in earthmoving, concrete works, steel structures and major civil construction, combined with the cultural knowledge and focus on building a better future by working together. Our leadership comprises of Indigenous Director Elaine James from Robe Valley Ventures, and one non-Indigenous director, Michael Venables from a leading Pilbara-based company Seabreeze Contracting. This management team works closely together to tailor our services to our clients, offering a solution based response on project execution and exceeding expectations. The word Guma-Warnii translates to ‘coming together’ in the Robe River Kuruma dialect – that is how we work. We provide a ‘bridge’ between the civil and construction industry and traditional way of life – Indigenous and non-Indigenous, diversity in terms of providing a sustainable economical pathway enabling the long term participation of Indigenous people in their country. Guma-Warnii is committed to a ‘zero footprint’ environmental policy, protecting our natural environment and cultural heritage. We are focused on delivering the highest quality of services on every project we undertake whilst endeavouring to provide real employment opportunities and sustainability for our KM families.
