Gunii is a South African traditional snack made with local German produce Biltong is a centuries-old South African delicacy, rooted in tradition and perfected over generations. Made from high-quality cuts of beef, it undergoes a meticulous process where the meat is marinated, seasoned with a signature blend of spices like coriander and pepper, then air-dried slowly. This method preserves the meat naturally while enhancing its rich, deep flavour and texture. Unlike jerky, Biltong is never heat-dried, keeping its nutrients intact and delivering a more succulent bite.
