Guntlow & Associates, Inc. (G&A) is a multidisciplinary design consulting firm in Williamstown, Massachusetts. We are a full spectrum company, offering a range of services within Civil Engineering, Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Wetland Delineation & Permitting, and Architecture. G&A is a mid-sized firm, which takes great pride in its direct, hands-on involvement in all projects. All work is directly reviewed, by our owner/principal, with the utmost attention paid to quality and the best interests of our clients. We been providing the most efficient and trustworthy civil and environmental engineering services to clients located throughout Williamstown, The Berkshires, Massachusetts and beyond for over 25 years. The firm’s standard for a practical and efficient design approach is supplemented by our diverse project background. We have consistently provided our clients with complete design drawing and bid packages which have come in at targeted construction costs. Much of our positive project track record is the result of extensive local experience through which we have a great deal of awareness of past and present projects, local site conditions and permitting challenges. We have built a reputation with clients, contractors and permitting agencies in the surrounding areas that we are extremely proud of. G&A is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and has LEED® Accredited Professionals on staff. The USGBC is a non profit organization composed of leaders from every sector of the building industry working to promote buildings and communities that are environmentally responsible, profitable and healthy places to live and work. LEED promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.
