Gusher Royalty is a privately-owned boutique mineral and royalty acquisition company based in Midland, Texas. With deep roots in West Texas, our team possesses a wealth of knowledge of the Permian Basin, the mineral market, and the oil and gas industry as a whole. We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest level of client service, while providing a seamless experience, from the first meeting to the last. At Gusher Royalty, we acquire both producing and non-producing mineral royalties across the Permian Basin. As mineral owners ourselves, we understand the decision to sell your minerals is a very important one for a variety of reasons.
