We are based around Australia and go where the work is needed around the world; and when we're not with our clients we get to enjoy the locations we love with our families and friends. We are passionate about integrated change and effective people development that reduces unnecessary struggle & suffering, individually and collectively. We prefer collaborative and co-constructive working arrangements, where we can partner with our clients for delivery of Compassionship - Compassion Based Leadership(TM) and transformational change. Our team has over 40 years of experience working in the private and public sectors and across a variety of industries, both locally and internationally. We have successfully facilitated long-term culture change programs, leadership and effectiveness coaching, and developed numerous leaders and teams for authentic excellence. Our key driver and focus is not on profit, but instead on adding value, building community and delivering excellent outcomes.
