Our Mission The mission of the Gwinnett Sports Commission (GSC) is to foster economic development through coordinating and developing Gwinnett’s role as a leading site for sports events involving youth, collegiate, amateur and professional organizations. About the Gwinnett Sports Commission Located just 30 minutes north of downtown Atlanta off of I-85, Gwinnett encompasses 16 cities (including Duluth, Norcross, Suwanee, Buford, Lawrenceville, Peachtree Corners and Lilburn) and is the home of the Gas South District, Suwanee Sports Academy, Life Time Tennis of Atlanta, Coolray Field, TPC Sugarloaf and the top-ranked facilities of Gwinnett County Parks and Recreation. Everything you need to ensure the success of your event can be found in Gwinnett County. The Gwinnett Sports Commission will provide the resources and services that you need to make your event a resounding success. The GSC can provide you with assistance on all aspects of your event. Not only will our services save you time and energy, most importantly there is no charge for these services. -Facility & Housing Services Research and facilitate finding the best hotel rates. We can narrow the search to a specific area or hotel chain, or check all of Gwinnett’s 100+ hotels.
