Gyro Group (Pty) Ltd. has launched an integrated service offering consisting of various property, construction and development services and products that work across the full spectrum and life cycle of the Customer’s property related requirements. The Gyro Group offering is segmented into three companies namely; Gyro Properties, Gyro Towers and Gyro Services, all of which provide traditional professional services with pro-active management and delivery of all property related requirements. Gyro Properties is our property development company specialises in the redevelopment, refurbishment and development of vacant land. Our primary objective is to deliver and unlock value in existing property portfolios. Our developments are spread across a multitude of sectors, including affordable housing, student residential, educational and industrial sectors. The Gyro Properties team can manage the delivery of property development transactions from conceptualisation through to completion on a risk mitigated basis. Gyro Towers boasts an extensive tower and mast portfolio across South Africa. The 6 500 masts and towers provide an opportunity to mobile service providers to deliver services in metro, urban and rural areas. The aim is to increase co-location by third parties on our towers while identifying opportunities for the construction of new towers. Gyro Services is a fully integrated turnkey property solution that includes the application of systems, procedures and management resources to augment a multitude of in- and outsourced services into a single integrated service offering, with Gyro Services as the single point of contact for customer engagement. We believe this property solution will positively transform how people will work, live and play.
