H.A.R. , Hellenic Association of REALTORS® was founded in 1999. The main objective of the Association is the establishment of a national network, comprised of Greek real estate agents that have been chosen on the basis of strict criteria set by the members of the Association themselves. Today, H.A.R., Hellenic Association of REALTORS®, is the only Greek network of real estate agencies in the country that is defined by its professional approach and dynamics. It consists of approximately 110 real estate agencies, located in 25 of Greece’s largest cities. The main purpose of the existence and development of the Association is to create a national network of Real Estate Agents with strict entry criteria designated by the members themselves and the training of members of the Association for their recognition as Certified Estate Advisors. The acknowledgement of H.A.R. by the largest Real Estate Associations/Organizations in the world, is the Associations greatest reward for showing extraordinary effort: 1. H.A.R. represents Greece in the European Confederation of Estate Agents - CEI (Full Member, Budapest, January 1999), CEPI - CEI, Bruxelles, March 2015 2. HAR has the privilege of working with the National Association of Realtors in the United States, NAR (Protocol of Cooperation San Francisco, November 2000). 3. H.A.R. is a founding member of ICREA, the world’s leading Real Estate Association,, with one million members from 29 national Associations Agents.
