About H. Vesala (Oy/Ab)
H. Vesala Ltd. was established in 1968 by Mr. Heikki Vesala (1923-1983) and it has been an independently-owned family company from the outset. VESALA® branch products are our own design and make, produced in our factory in Nummela, Finland. Product range includes test and measurement equipment for electricians and telecom engineers carrying out fiber or copper based network installation. Today our focus is in further developing our family of large and ultra-small duct sondes, as well as offering affordable locator devices to support them. Other key products which we take pride of include special tools such as the drill point locator, without forgetting our industry trusted wire tracers and multipurpose test phones. We also import increasingly hi-quality test equipment and tools especially for fiber working. These include established brand names such as VeEX, Sticklers, Inno Instrument and Deviser. We are also the official representative of Radiodetection locator tools in Finland. Under our own Vesala Trading brand we promote other, mainly fiber-related affordable equipment. Besides our domestic market in the Nordic and Baltic countries, we are also actively promoting our products in several countries over Europe and worldwide. The lion's share of our annual turnover originates from exports. In our business we keep abreast of the technical developments in the field of telecommunication and the changing needs of the end-user. The continual co-operation with telecom operators & installation companies makes it possible to design and provide versatile and user-friendly equipment.
