About H2 Hope to Healing

H2 Hope to Healing is a non-profit organization focused on healing healers - those individuals who dedicate their lives to helping others and are at high risk for compassion fatigue; many services are popping up around burnout and labor shortages but fall short to addressing the unique needs of humans who are wired for caregiving. Our work provides Hope and Healing towards Healing Resiliency backed by caregiver neuroscience and Christian foundations. Healing professions such as Doctors, Veterinarians and nurses have the highest rate of suicide over any other professions and with COVID the perfect storm of burnout, compassion fatigue, mental fatigue and labor shortages with increased healing service demands has prompted us to bring to all those in caregiving capacities the coping, healing, resilience support. and spiritual heightening so they may fulfill their purpose and we may preserve these critical services for humanity. Bringing education on evidence-based caregiving resources including the neurosciences inherent in those that are healers. Combating this crisis includes teaching recognition of compassion fatigue and providing frameworks for coping, hope, healing, and compassion resilience along with practical change management and coaching to advance careers and lead up in organizations for these professionals. Facilitated by our team with experience in healthcare delivery models, change management in human behaviors and with ordained ministry and certified christian coaching skills. Small groups offers support and accountability for healers to nurture well-being and resilience resources specifically geared towards healers through practice and goal setting and connect with colleagues in an encouraging environment.
