H2Pro is on a mission to enable affordable green hydrogen at scale by providing the world with the leading next generation electrolyzer. Green hydrogen is the missing piece in the puzzle for achieving net zero, but faces two critical challenges: economic viability and compatibility with renewables. H2Pro is reinventing green hydrogen to overcome these barriers and deliver the lowest Levelized Cost of Hydrogen (LCOH). H2Pro’s breakthrough electrolysis technology solves the key challenges of traditional electrolysis by decoupling hydrogen and oxygen generation (producing hydrogen and oxygen at separate times). This decoupled process significantly cuts down both capital and operating costs via a streamlined membrane-less reactor design, economical materials, and highly efficient energy usage. H2Pro’s technology is also designed from day one for direct renewable integration, making it the first fit-for-green electrolyzer. Headquartered in Caesarea, Israel, H2Pro was founded in 2019 based on years of research conducted at the Technion. H2Pro has raised over 100 Million USD. It is backed by leading investors and strategic partners, including Bill Gates-founded Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Temasek Holdings, Horizons Ventures, ArcelorMittal, Yara Growth Ventures, OurCrowd, COPEC, Hyundai, Sumitomo Corporation, Extantia, Bazan, Doral and New Fortress Energy.
