About Habia Teknofluor
In 1944 Carl “Charlie” Jakobsson founded Hammarby Bakelit Industri AB, from which Habia Teknofluor was established in 1954. The major part of our production is still located in Brantshammar, north of Stockholm, Sweden, where it all began. Habia has always been a pioneer PTFE manufacturing company and we master the whole production process, from design and development to production and logistics. We are among the leading companies in the world regarding production of PTFE tubing and produce fluoroplastic products to customers all over the world. Our products can be found in hundreds of applications in several industries like gas, automotive, power and food and we are proud to tell that many of our customers and distributors are the spear heads in the business. At Habia Teknofluor we put our experience and commitment to quality – producing high-performance PTFE products that exceed our customers’ expectations. Our experienced in-house team includes experts in their field, and their technical capabilities and problem-solving attitude, combined with our state-of-the art manufacturing processes, ensure every product we supply is of the highest quality. Habia Teknofluor AB is since 2019 a subsidiary of Smith Group plc under the Flex-Tek division
