Habilitation Assistance provides an array of services for individuals and their families in Southeastern Massachusetts. Our Access Centers in Weymouth, Plymouth, Pocasset and South Yarmouth act as a base to provide supports reflecting the wants, needs and requests of each member and his/her family in those communities. Services offered are: -- Therapeutic day supports for adults with developmental disabilities, specializing in meaningful community involvement, including speech language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, nursing services and supports, behavior therapy; -- Transportation services via our transportation division, Access Express, offering a safe, dependable and accessible transportation service to accommodate a variety of situations, i.e. limousine, charter/group trips, executive transportation, courier services, medical transport, taxi and para-transit.
