About Habit Nest
Habit Nest was born when three friends came together with the idea to create an app the helps people build healthy habits! We (very) quickly learned that we didn't have enough money to build an app, so we thought we should replicate the experience in journal form, effectively serving as a pocket coach guiding the user phase-by-phase. We launched a Kickstarter with our first product, The Morning Sidekick Journal, and we never looked back! We have 6 different habit-building journals, 4 different fitness journals, and a uniquely designed daily planner! Additionally, we've created follow-up volumes for our best sellers! Everything we create comes with a mix of bite-sized information, strategy, and accountability. We take this a step further by diving into published scientific studies, the opinions of subject-matter experts, and the feedback we get from customers to further enhance all the products we create. To date, we've sold over 500,000 journals! We were featured on The View, Forbes, Huffington Post, Harvard Business Review, and more! We're super proud of the team we have here at Habit Nest.
