Our tiny home units are meant to be installed on a foundation, or concrete / steel posts and are not on wheels, which makes them a great option for laneway housing, garden suites, additional dwelling units and primary tiny homes in the municipalities that allow tiny homes as a primary dwelling. Habitat28 tiny home units are designed to be able to connect to the existing services on site and offer conventional plumbing and water supply possibility. Some of the standard features include: large skylight, spray foam insulation, built in cabinetry, hot water on demand, steel frame, double-glazed argon gas filled windows, panoramic balcony, split A/C heat pump for heating and cooling, radiator in-floor heating in the washroom, 4 season, custom window coverings, unique interior and exterior LED light strips. Our model home can be toured at our Discovery Centre at the Toronto Premium Outlets Mall, in Halton Hills. Our reservation process is very simple, and can be completed on our website at www.habitat28.com in 3 easy steps. We have an extended deposit structure, and our units may be financed. Currently we have a 6 months waiting list from order to delivery and we ship our units worldwide.
